Doubletree Chicago Alsip ALSIP

Fantastic option if you need a Park & Fly option for Chicago Midway. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming, chocolate chip cookie on check-in was delicious, breakfast in the restaurant was well worth the stop & shuttle to airport was on time. Can?t say enough about the shuttle driver - he was personable & waiting at the airport before we even deplaned! Already booked my next Park & Fly stay!

We had a great stay. Doubletree was very accommodating. The staff were super nice and welcoming. We had a great room with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. We will definitely use them again.

Room was great, no complaints. The shuttle to the airport went very well. Outdoor patio was beautiful. This place did not disappoint?.friendly staff was a bonus.

The property was a nice stay overall. The only problem we had is that we could not get the front desk to answer the phone when we flew back into Midway Airport for the shuttle. The call was made at approximately 10:00 pm. The staff at the 800 Doubletree (Hilton) number was also contacted and unable to get the front desk staff to answer either. Thank goodness the shuttle bus driver had exchanged cellphone numbers with me (and with return flight information) when we flew out. This is apparently an issue at times with the front desk.

I stayed overnight on my return trip and got in around 11pm. I got a ground floor nice sized room with very large bathroom. I was coming back from the west coast so I was wide awake so able to work a little. Desk setup was good for laptop although a little high for the keyboard and mouse. There was a mini fridge in room and a nice coffee maker that I actually got 3 cups out of one pod (I prefer my coffee on the weaker side). Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I had both the morning (Luis) and evening (John) shuttle drivers and they were great!! I will definitely stay here again when flying out of Midway!

From the friendliness and efficiency of the front desk, to our driver, Luis, everything was great! We got to the front desk around 5:50 AM for our shuttle to the airport, and Luis was there waiting for us and ready to go. The morning of our return flight, Luis texted us to get our return flight number. We ended up getting in about a 1/2 hour early. Once we got our luggage, we were headed to the pick up point to call for the shuttle. As we got there, Luis called and said that he was there waiting for us.

I would like to thank Kay for going above and beyond to make everything go well. When I called to reserve the shuttle for my return flight I was told by the person working the desk that day that the shuttle stopped running at 10:00 and I would have to call the next day to see if they would be able to pick me up. I knew that the shuttle runs until 11:00 according to the website, plus I wouldn't have booked a room with the shuttle ending that early since I knew my flight arrived after 10:00. I called the next day and Kay was working and able to set everything right.

Great stay. Checked in, no issues. Property was quiet. Shuttle to airport was easy and driver was super nice. Will stay here again.
