Best Western Hotel & Conference O\'Donnell St BALTIMORE

Rooms were pretty clean, major repairs needed in the lobby restrooms, food in the restaurant was good, breakfast included was nice. Website was confusing as I booked 2 rooms but only 1 came with the shuttle to the cruise terminal included. Had to purchase the 2nd shuttle at the desk

Good 1 night stay before cruise. Transport to cruise was good. Transport from cruise to hotel was horrible after waiting almost an hour at port we ended up calling an uber. Very stressful

My stay at the Best Western on O\'Donnell St. was generally pleasant, with a well-appointed hotel and a Park-n-Sleep package that offered good value. However, my experience was marred by the transportation logistics from the hotel to the ship. While I recognize the complexities of moving large groups of people, the process seemed disorganized and disjointed. The information provided initially did not align with the actual experience, leading to confusion and frustration. Improvements in communication and coordination between the hotel and transportation services could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite the hiccup in logistics, the hotel itself and the Park-n-Sleep package were commendable. I hope future stays see enhancements in the transportation process for a smoother overall experience.

Clean and pleasant environment. They\'ve a restaurant and bar on the premises which is great - so nice to have a bite right there when you land for the night, and not have to venture out. Staff is lovely. The included breakfast buffet was awesome, full of just about anything you\'d want. The included shuttle service was wonderful too, well arranged. They were at the port waiting for us when we got off the ship. Our vehicle was parked there for the duration of the cruise too, no issues there. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will choose it again should we venture out to Baltimore in the future. Cheers to Best Western!

Very courteous

We have been using this hotel for years now when we cruise out of Baltimore. The staff is super nice and, if something is not right in your room, they will rectify the situation immediately. The hotel could use some updating but I will definitely stay there again.

Great place to park, sleep and cruise from. Good breakfast included in the morning. Shuttle service to inner harbor a big plus.
