I am glad i was unsure about the online booking because i spoke to a wonderful representative. I believe her name was Jeanne maybe Janine. She was funny, pleasant , personable and especially helpful. I would love to steal her away for my own business. PSH will get my repeat business.

I mistakenly booked the wrong night for my hotel stay , left a message during off hours, they issued a refund immediately , and helped me book the correct night , and even gave me a discount code which saved me even more ..... fast friendly service, very impressed , will use again !

Have not stayed at hotel yet but really helped me out of parking jam. Traveling to elder parent to provide support for 28 days and cost of parking in airport garage since no offsite lots available was huge $$. This was what I needed to solve this problem. Park/sleep/fly. Thanks.

I have stayed many times in park/sleep/fly hotels , Comfort Inn has always been clean and staff friendly . The shuttle service is usually on time and location to airport is convenient .

I was having trouble with my printer and contacted the operator via instant screen access. The entire process, icluding my screen chat, took less than 10 minutes and was exceptionally easy to use. What a great find! Thank you.
