Site was easy to use. When I emailed about the 14-day/28-day issue, a very friendly agent called me on the phone to explain that I was entitled to 28 days free parking and that if I had a problem she should call her directly. This was very helpful. My thanks to Janine DeSanto for her very kind call.

This is my second time using your site. The first trip is complete, and all went well. The only issue I had that time was, when I found you through Google, it skipped me past the screen where I could select whether I was staying at the beginning or end of my trip. I had to chat with one of your reps to sort that out. Now, I just scheduled for another trip because it was a good experience overall. I know you get what you pay for, and Days Inn is not exactly high end. It's very nice to skip the airport parking lot in Denver.
