I needed to change the hotel night, at the last minute, from the end of my trip to the beginning. The parksleephotels staffer that answered the phone was honest that it might not be possible given the timing, which I appreciated, but then she was able to arrange it! She very much lessened the pain of a frustrating winter weather incident.
