The ease of this site was wonderful. I screwed it up myself by putting the wrong dates in, but chose the Customer Online Support and Janine was very helpful and quick in making the correct changes. She called the hotel directly and got the change made and had a new receipt emailed immediately. Would definitely use this site again. Thank you. Jane C.
