The customer service was extraordinary. My husband got sick; the night auditor was very attentive; the morning staff extended our stay for several hours and offered much concern and help.

Shuttle to and from airport timely, parking secure, clean and comfortable room, quick and easy check in and out, pleasant helpful staff. Definitely will use for future travel.

Except for the desk clerk at check in who was not clear in his instructions for the location of my room, my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great close spot near Dulles. Added a day on front with no problems. Only would like to see breakfast area stay open until 11 for late risers after arriving from after midnight flight. Shuttle was great.

Very comfortable room; well equipped & terrific location . Recommend a more comprehensive listing and rating for nearby restaurants. Also recommend that the van driver help people out of the van before getting the luggage out. My wife slipped and fell to the ground while stepping in the wet bottom step which is very narrow. I should have been there but I too went to get our luggage. This is not a criticism of the driver who was very helpful overall, but a suggestion to prevent future slippage’s getting out. We would definitely stay here again.
