Marriott Tampa Westshore TAMPA

The hotel was great. Friendly staff. No problems with the hotel. Only problem was the description listed 24 hour shuttle was wrong. The shuttle only started at 5:00 AM and we had 6AM flight. Managed to get a Lyft and made it on time. Just disappointed that what I expecting wasn't provided. If you advertise 24 hour shuttle you should provide it.

Even though the satellites were out after the hurricane we still enjoyed the hotel. It was a 5 star hotel and the staff was very friendly

The title tells it all. Will return whenever we fly out of TPA for sure. The staff, without exception at the front desk, restaurant, drivers and bell desk were amazing.

Outstanding hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. An a plus, I was able to leave my car there and they provided transportation to Tampa international to catch my flight to Cancun.

Overall very good and would stay again

When booking this hotel it said they had 24 hour shuttle service and they do not. The shuttle begins at 5:00 a.m. We needed to be at the airport 3 hours early for a 6:15 a.m. flight and we were told we would just have to get a cab, which we did at the cost of 25.00 plus tip. Staff at checkin were very nice and the room was lovely; however we did have an issue with three little girls in a room close to us opening and closing their door and running up and down the hallway laughing and giggling. I finally had to open our door and ask them what the heck was going on as we had to be up at 3:00 a.m. Needless to say, we got very little sleep. Perhaps adults with children should have separate floors than couples traveling alone - just saying!!!

From checking in to checking out the staff was friendly and professional room was clean and comfortable I stayed one night and was able to leave my car there and their shuttle took me to the airport and they will be picking me up at airport when I return which was very convenient. I also ate at the restaurant food was delicious and staff was great Thank You
