Only problem at first we had was they gave us two rooms instead of one room as requested. Would suggest talk of other employees be kept to somewhere other than the front desk. The clerk placed the wrong time for shuttle pick up for us to arrive at the airport.

The hotel is a short distance away from PIT airport. Parking facilities available at the hotel are convenient, sheltered, and free to short-term travelers who stay at the hotel. The shuttle van driver was friendly and courteous. Front desk personnel treated us very well and answered many questions regarding the hotel and the area. Our room was very pleasant, very clean, and well maintained.
Very nice hotel
King bed was very comfortable. Shower was forceful with plenty of hot water. I was only there about 6-7 hours so that was all I needed. Price was great, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was perfect.

The room was splendid and very nicely appointed. However, we were very disappointed to learn that they did not offer the 24hour airport shuttle that was advertised on the hotel web-site. That was the primary reason for booking this hotel. I totally understand that COVID impacted the hotel and travel industry, but an effort needs to be made to keep information up to date so that potential customers can make informed decisions.

The hotel was very nice! We stayed there because we were flying to Alaska the next morning very early. We parked our car at the hotel till we got back. The service to and from the airport was very prompt! Also when we arrived they gave us warm choc chip cookies which were very good! That was sure nice!

The hotel was clean and the room was clean and very nice. Comfortable bed and loved the pillows too. Only drawback was the heater....very loud when it kicked on and off. Extremely annoying while trying to sleep. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Dry breakfast for our early departure was much appreciated. I would stay here again though.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Stephanie Druga was super. She was so helpful in every way. The older lady for breakfast was also great. She made scratch muffins that were awesome. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The bag of microwave popcorn was nice. Happy hour which we went to once was very nice. We fly out of Pittsburgh often and this will always be our Park and Stay in future. Thanks again J.
We decided to stay at the Courtyard by Marriot and leave our car there while we visited Branson for 5 days. Our flight left very early so we did not want to travel the day of departure. It was the best decision we made. Even though our stay was only for 1 night, the front desk staff were very professional. There was a bar/pub area open until 10 pm. We were able to relax and enjoy a drink and food before retiring. The shuttle service is 24 hours so we arrived timely at the airport. We we returned, it was a simple phone call and we were transferred to our car at the end of our trip. If it were not so late, we would have gone into the hotel to relax at the pub before traveling home. The process was so easy and nonstressful. We will continue to use the Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport for future vacations.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The driver was very pleasant and right on time to take us to the airport.
Rooms are reasonably clean, but dated. The staff needs to be more fluent in English. The language barrier makes it had to communicate better. Our car was fine when we got back, fyi we did a park sleep and fly. Shuttle wait time for pick up could use better timing. We waited 30 minutes for pickup. Overall good stay.
