Good hotel. Well worth the price
Beds were very comfortable. Great accommodations. Only issue was that decaf coffee was cold in the morning

I chose this hotel because it was listed as 24 hour shuttle and I had a very earl flight in which I had to leave at 4:15 am. The shuttle only runs from 7 am to 11 pm. Ended up paying $30 more for a cab.
Great location and setting among the oaks of Eagan. Shuttle driver was great and service was perfect.Front desk person was very helpful and accommodating.

We were unable to take the shuttle to the airport on 12/2/19 so drove our vehicle and paid $133 to park there when we were supposed to leave at the hotel.
The mattress was too soft, hotel was nice. Marketing said one mile from airport it was actually more than ten miles
the hotel was great shuttle was quick picking us up at the airport only problem your site says 24/7 shuttle hotel says no starts at 6 am needed shuttle at 4 am first thet said your on your own for ride to airport i said ok ill have to call web site about an hour later i came down to print something on there computer desk clerk he informed me he look at your web site and says yes your site info was incorrect but he was taking care of my uber ride to airport... so you can thank him for covering your butt...
Hotel was clean & practical for Park, Fly, Stay.
The room and service were both outstanding. However, we stayed at this hotel, which evidently is not close to the airport, so we could fly out the next day. I didn’t realize that the third party service didn’t also offer a shuttle to the airport. We had to walk to a train in 20 degree weather to get to the airport. I won’t book with the third party site again.

The hotel is nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. We did run into a glitch during check-in regarding payment. It took a minute but the staff and management got it figured out. The PS&F driver/manager, Jeff, provides absolutely superior customer service. His service alone is reason enough to use this hotel.

The junk lady in the morning helped me to get a Huber at 3:45 am. To get too the Airport. The lady the night before told me I can\'t go get the bus at 4 am.
I used the stay and fly option for a recent trip. All went well and the shuttle and, in fact, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was less expensive than the parking alone would have been at the airport so an added bonus.

Nice hotel--very clean, quiet, and the people who work there are responsive and pleasant. My room was quiet and seemed to have updated fairly recently. The hotel is near Mall of America and has shuttles that go there every 1/2 hour. The shuttles were all on time and the drivers try hard to stick to the schedule they have to the airport and M of America. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean rooms and great staff!
The rooms were spacious and clean. 2 pools! 2 hot tubs! Lots of room for the kids! We were on the 3:30am shuttle to MSP. Great cold breakfast, even that early! Arrived at MSP to discover the back of the shuttle, with our luggage was stuck shut. No way it was opening. We caught our flight and had the luggage shipped to us. I am AMAZED by the wonderful staff who went out of their way and kept in contact to make sure our things had arrived. Lyla (shuttle driver) did his best and was great under unfortunate circumstances but SEAN was AWESOME!! Got our luggage shipped by 7:30am and kept in contact to make sure it arrived. He was also the one to pick us up upon return. Again SEAN was amazing - friendly and SO helpful (much appreciated traveling with 8 kids) and after and exceptionally horrible flight. There were problems but the staff was great and went out of their way to do whatever it took to fix the problem! Will use again and recommend to all

The suite has everything you need for a stay away from home. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, all the amenities worked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
