We parked here and stayed upon our return from Dubai. Service was prompt and courteous. Quite an ugrade from the Days Inn of the past. The pool area looked lovely but was under construction and there was no spa which was reasonable for the pricel
The hotel was nice for what we wanted - a stay near the airport for an early (530a) flight. We wanted the park and sleep package but there was no one on duty at 400a to take us to the airport. They told us the regular driver was in the hospital and no one wanted to go in early. I don\'t blame them as I am not an early riser either.

A great place to stay, and especially convenient for John Glenn Airport.

The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. The location makes the shuttle trip only minutes to the airport.
The hotel and room were very nice, the staff was incredibly helpful in recommending a place to eat locally, arranging shuttle service to the terminal was simple and efficient, and the driver was friendly and helpful in getting luggage loaded and unloaded as well as making sure we were at the correct terminal. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the value and experience.
We stayed one night. Tv in bedroom didn’t work. We were told just to come down on the morning for the shuttle. No one was at the desk. The lady said we should have scheduled the night before. We were late getting to the airport.
I would like to comment on the wonderful help we got from (I think the name was Carrie) on our return trip in helping us get back to the hotel.....Dec 2
Before you go to any hotel to park and fly call to make sure the shuttle is still running and they can accommodate you.
