We just love staying at this hotel before we go on a trip. We get to start our holiday a day earlier. Staff are wonderful.
clean room pool too cold for use-disappointing as I booked the place because it had a pool and I anticipated a relaxing evening in the pool. restaurant had good food and great staff
we were a 100% happy from the minute we walked into reception till the pick up of our car, such quick service far better than any other we have used. Such nice staff who showed they were truly concerned that you were completely happy with your room which we certainly were. pool and spa not applicable. Such smiles from behind the desk to the drivers. Thank you for experience. When the need for hotel no further to look than NU Hotel.

Stayed overnight after a flight from Amsterdam, having left our car there while we traveled. Staff was great, room clean and close to airport with free shuttle transfer.
When we got there we couldn't find a spot to park my truck. The elevated levels can only accommodate 6'6" clearance. The lady at reception came outside with me to help find one. She moved her car and gave me her spot. One of the best spots in the lot in my opinion. From then on the service was excellent. We did a park and fly package. Price was good for Toronto and 5min shuttle to the airport. Stayed again on the night we got home. We were upgraded to a suite with a view. My vehicle was damage free. Great service. Really clean!! Will recommend to everyone I know!!
Shuttle service was great both ways especially appreciated in the middle of the nigh when our flight was delayed. Sam at the check in was really helpful and was able to extend our checkout due to our late arrival. Breakfast plentiful and hot . Bed superbly comfortable Room was quiet

Very nice hotel. Our suite was fantastic. Large with full kitchen completely stocked With everything you need for making your own meals. Bed was super comfortable. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurants close by...highly recommend The Bull Pub.
Good and great service to the airport and our van was in good order. Our call to be picked up was good fast and nice gentleman both there and back.

Good location and rooms. The service was better than I expected on top of that. However, through this site it highlights Free Breakfast and Guaranteed Lowest Rate...after you book the hotel says no. When questioned they say you get the parking NO breakfast. I briefly questioned the fact that makes no sense and it only attracts and tricks people. Didn't effect me as we checked in at 5 and left by noon but still. I'm sure many get hit with this.
Hotel staff followed all of safety protocol for COVID-19 . Felt safe.

We spent night before flight in this new, beautiful hotel. 5* service, room and just 5 min drive to Terminal 3. Highly recommended.
Room... nice room, very comfortable King size bed = Great sleep My wife and I have left on vacation and needed a park, sleep and fly hotel. One night stay, secure and safe parking for our vehicle while we are on vacation, and shuttle every half hour to airport and back. Crown Plaza is just minutes to airport. Check in was very professional and only took minutes. So far, so good. Thank CP

The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. My flight had been delayed. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a nicely appointed area to eat or just relax with a coffee while waiting for the shuttle, which was right on time. The driver was very efficient and helpful as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will be using it again in my travels.

No reservation showed when we came to counter at the hotel. They had new in-hotel computer system that had not picked up our reservation from ParkSleepHotels.com. After a delay due to other check-ins arriving, and using our printout from the ParkSleepHotels.com website, they found the missing reservation on the other reservation system and we were able to check-in. The room was fine and as advertised with places to plug-in chargers. The early morning shuttle was on schedule so arrival at terminal 3 with lots of time for Security clearance and to reach the departure Gate with time to spare.
